What Is Manifestation?
Spiritual manifesting is the act of turning the desired intention into reality. You’re constantly flowing and as the world around you changes, so do you. Manifestations are not miracle occurrences.
Your desires manifest when aligned with energy and action. This means the energy surrounding your manifestation needs to come from a place of abundance and positivity. They also need your full effort and that requires serious commitment.
Manifestation is the power of your subconscious mind to turn your desired goals into existence. By creating a mindset of abundance and aligning yourself with what it is you desire, your life will start to reflect it.
The Law of Attraction

Manifestation works directly through the universe with the power of energy. This is known as the law of attraction. It states that the energy of your thoughts will attract similar energy to enter your life. Energy is constantly flowing and what you put out there will come back to you. That is why your mindset plays a major role in manifesting.
According to Abraham-Hicks, an intention reaches the point of manifestation at 17 seconds. Within those 17 seconds must contain pure thought directed completely towards your intention. This is how I create powerful intentions to use when manifesting.
My 7 Favorite Manifestation Methods

7. 369 method

I’ve seen this technique explained in different ways. The one I used involves a pen and journal and you write out your intentions 3,6, and then 9 times in a row. What you are writing differs depending on what you want to manifest. I will give examples of 2 different ways I have written it.
Remember with every method to be specific about what it is you want.
The first statement is the subject of the goal you wish to obtain. This is written 3 times.
Example: “weight loss”
The next statement is written 6 times. This is the part where you can opt to make a 17-sec intention. It can be written as your desire or as a thankful affirmation.
Examples:
Thankful affirmation- “I am so grateful I lost 30lbs”
Your desire- “I am losing 30lbs in a healthy way.
The last statement is written 9 times. If you wrote a thankful affirmation then your next statement is to repeat the action.
Example: “I lost 30lbs”
If you decided to write your desire, then the emotion you will feel once the intention is manifested will be your next line.
Examples:
grateful
excited
euphoric
accomplished
6. 55x5 method

This method involves writing out your desired intention in a journal 55 times for 5 days in a row. It is simple instructions but seriously requires the most dedication. You can cut it up to make it more manageable to write, but try to do all 55 in one sitting. If not, then definitely by the end of each day.
5. Visualization

I love visualization probably because I spent a lot of my life daydreaming. But, visualization is more than just daydreaming. Every technique is backed by action and involves intense emotion. Start to envision the life you want to live. It's nothing wrong with having your head in the clouds. It just can't be the only thing you do. The intention must be clear and the action that follows must be consistent.
4. Living life abundantly

Abundance means you have a surplus or enough. This can be made into a way of life and mindset. You must believe and behave as if you have everything you want and need. Live your life as if wealth constantly flows through you. Stop thinking about what you lack and more about what you have.
3. Meditating to healing-frequency sounds

These sounds synchronize with your body’s brain waves to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Various healing-frequency sounds can be found on YouTube. I tend to leave it on as background noise throughout my day. This is a great mood booster and also puts you in a peaceful state of mind. The perfect mindset to start manifesting. Repeat your desired intention while listening to the frequencies.

2. Note under the pillow

Write your intention on a piece of paper, fold it up, and place it under your pillow. As you dream, envision your manifestation fulfilling. Doing this just before bed can help in rewiring your subconscious. You’ll carry more positivity through to the next morning. This is making your will to accomplish your goals even stronger.

This is my favorite and also pretty simple. At the top of your manifestation journal write, “I call these things into my life...” list every achievable goal you want to attain within at least 3 months or less. As always, with each intention, envision and feel your manifestation coming true.

Manifest from a place of abundance
Your mindset needs to be aligned with whatever it is you want to manifest. You must be manifesting from a space of positivity and acceptance. Bring your mind to peace before starting any manifestations. Try meditating beforehand with encouraging affirmations to put your mind in a more relaxed and positive state.
Visualize your manifestation coming to life
While using any manifestation technique visualize your success. Visualize your dream turning out exactly how you want it to. Imagine how you will feel when it comes to life. See and feel everything it is you want in detail.
Protect your manifestations
It's best to manifest alone to be void of any unwanted negativity. If you’re writing them down, avoid showing people. Keep your manifestations safe from energies that could cause a reversal in effect. It's essential that you do not tell anyone what you are manifesting. It's to avoid any negativities from delaying what is meant for you. Invest in a journal just for manifestations. It is easier to keep them protected and in order. I also just like to check back to see all the manifestations that have come to life.
Be grateful for what is and what is to come
Give thanks for what you want to manifest. A mindset of gratitude and positivity enhances the power of your manifestations. Create a gratitude list giving appreciation to all you have accomplished now.
Let it go
Set your manifestation free! Release it unto the universe and let the magic sizzle. It’s time for that bad baby to cook. Releasing your manifestation allows you to focus on the action and energy to achieve it. This means you won’t be putting any negative energies towards your manifestation either. Only positive ones. :)
